Boy, 18, becomes biggest teenage lottery winner after scooping £22million
An 18-year-old boy has become the country's biggest teenage lottery winner after pocketing a staggering £22million on the EuroMillions, relatives have revealed.
The teenager, who does not want to be named, is believed to have won the jackpot a number of months ago and has already given money to charity, it has been reported.
His huge pay-out is more than double the £9,736,000 netted by self-proclaimed 'King of Chavs' Michael Carroll.
But while 19-year-old Carroll, from Norfolk, blew his fortune on drugs, prostitutes and gambling, the latest teenager winner's feet have remained firmly on the ground, those close to him told the Birmingham Mail.
One said: 'He doesn't need the money, he doesn't really spend any. He's a good lad.'
He is, however, currently celebrating his win in one of the Middle East's most palatial five-star hotels.
